Barack Obama

I’m over the Hillary thing. I’m letting it go. Barack is officially the nominee and gave a terrific speech. Again apologies to so much time spent dwelling on the darker side of all this (Hillary and worse). I don’t like that I have been messing with these sore spots so much.

But…I have exhausted all this and I’m ready to embrace again. Hope everyone else is as well. He is a man that radiates integrity, intelligence, courage, and sound judgment. Lead on young man.

You know, in all fairness Hillary has been prepping to be president for at least the last 8 years. Running for Senator of New York, in which she wasn’t a resident. Doing all the right things to put her in place to be the first woman President. She was assumed to be the democratic candidate. It wasn’t even to be questioned. And after all that buildup and all that work gone into it. This dude flies out of nowhere and takes it away in unprecedented fashion. Rewriting in essence how polling works,who shows up, how to fund raise, etc.
So my anger is decreasing and I am being a little more fair. I hated how she conducted herself. I hated it and have zero respect for it, but damn, that had to be pretty brutal.

Glad Hillary finally stepped up. Better late than never. In my opinion she stated exactly what she needed to say and didn’t hold back at all in supporting Obama. Thank God…
Wont miss her, but glad/relieved she finally did the right thing.

What are we all about? Who knows? Who cares? It’s too soon to say. We are a slow brewing stew and have just set the proper heat under the stove. We have yet to add bits of carrot and celery and whatever Brazilian bullshit my counterpart would add to a stew. It will take time. Care, whimsy, procrastination, will all be added. Wrong ingredients will surely be added as well, but it is all ok. It’s a process. We will figure it all out in time and hopefully serve up something nourishing and if all goes right, delicious. In the meantime, let’s agree not to worry about, About.
