Last, the reason it was banned was to keep drivers' attention on the road. The act of holding the phone in your hand was not the issue, the usage of the brain to complete the task was... they assumed that by banning the cell phones they would free up the driver' mind... Now they have to add clauses to the law... text messaging, sexting, using GPS devices, etc, etc... It worked for 1 month… maybe 3 weeks and now its like the law had never existed.

It pisses me off… even more so after I don’t own a car anymore..

Highly effective and completely hands free. Can be difficult to hear if wind factor is high. But otherwise I feel strongly that I am following the law.
