To be honest the theory that unhealthy people determining what health is is a perfectly fine one. If you think about it it comes back to the chicken and the egg crap…. who came first? How can you teach healthy if there is no health, how can there be healthy if there was no teaching…a bit confusing, but think about it….
First of all, yo mama.
Second, I don’t think he’s saying that chubby doctors can’t promote health. He’s just saying that he walks the walk and talks the talk. Period. He clearly is also marketing his services (which are pricey -up in the $5000 range for his services). I got turned on to this guy first through hearing an interview w/ professional surfer Laird Hamilton and how Chek totally brought his fitness to a ridiculous level via diet and exercise. Laird, clearly a bad-ass, fully embraces this dude. So, yeah. That interview got me searching years back and I actually bought his book last year and incorporated a good amount of it.
By the way, great seeing you again last weekend. Man we had some good laughs. About time you made it up this way after, what, like a year and a half. Long overdue.
first, he was very strict with his money and now I remember why it did not work for us. He was short on money, but charged everyone else a crap load. He did not understand how what we did could cost so much.
Second, yes, it was great to see you again. You hair has grown quite a bit….dang dude…I need to go up…i know BN… i know

What are we all about? Who knows? Who cares? It’s too soon to say. We are a slow brewing stew and have just set the proper heat under the stove. We have yet to add bits of carrot and celery and whatever Brazilian bullshit my counterpart would add to a stew. It will take time. Care, whimsy, procrastination, will all be added. Wrong ingredients will surely be added as well, but it is all ok. It’s a process. We will figure it all out in time and hopefully serve up something nourishing and if all goes right, delicious. In the meantime, let’s agree not to worry about, About.
