Riding lately

Lately I have been having some serious issues on the bike.

I am feeling flat and not able to recover fast enough to be of any help to my teammates in ANY races. I have felt like this for the last 2 months. Not really sure what is going on. I am blaming it on pretty much everything (overtraining, under-training, stress, some blood disorder, bad nutrition… not really sure what it is).

I have noticed that after I started rowing again I have a good 10 minutes of power in my legs. After that I am blown. I really need something like 5 hours for of power.

Need to sit down and think hard about it.
