I recently started using an IPOD and am having all kinds of fun putting songs on and it indeed has assisted in my motivation when walking (speed walking of course). I have become a bit obsessed with the songs on it- deciding that I am sick of most of my music and having quite found the right "walking" music. Will give Rocky a try. I am hearing it my head as I write. Nice timing with the post barc
